WHEELY-SAFE SWINGS INTO ACTION TO HELP KIDS IN TANZANIA

Wheely-Safe has donated £300 towards a new swing for a school in Tanzania, to help make the pupils break time a little more fun.

Morgan Thomas – daughter of Group Director Gary Thomas and General Manager Debra Thomas – organised the new playground equipment, which is painted in Wheely-Safe’s black and gold colours, while volunteering at the school on her summer break from University.

The aptly-named Tirestar Academy offers education and day care to young children in the city of Arusha.

“It’s nice to be able to help out others where you can and when Morgan told us about the great work done at the school, we were only too happy to make a donation,” says Gary. “Obviously we loved the name of the Academy too! Hopefully the swing will be well used and brighten up the kids’ time at the school.”
